1. Purchase and Payment
We accept secure credit card payments via Stripe. We do not accept PayPal. The purchase agreement is concluded once the provider receives payment. All prices are valid at the time of order.
2. Right to Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
In accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving physical goods without stating a reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at info@danijelbrecelj.com. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to the business address listed above. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. Digital goods are exempt from withdrawal once the download has commenced.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Applicable delivery rates for physical products are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before the completion of your order. Digital products are delivered immediately via email upon successful payment.
4. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve disputes amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the court in Maribor, Slovenia, has jurisdiction. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
